Our restaurant rooms are characterized by clean lines, warm colors, and a cozy atmosphere.This is where the gourmet's heart skips a beat – whether over a relaxing breakfast or a romantic dinner. Six chefs assisted by several trainees turn fresh ingredients into delicious dishes.

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the main building/restaurant. Thank you for your understanding. Of course, your four-legged friend can join you on our terrace in good weather.

Our chefs and trainees make every effort to spoil our guests every single day. They use seasonal ingredients and regional products from sources certified as “Made in Ostbelgien”, where the selection of goods ranges from meat and fish to chocolate. All the products used are of the highest quality.

In addition to their menu of the day, alternative main courses and bistro menu, our young team also offers a regulary chaning gourmet menu to highlight seasonal specialities. Our carefully selected range of wines naturally ensures a complete culinary experience – and there is a choice of fine apéritifs, digestifs and beers to satisfy any taste.

The restaurant is open all days.

Guests can enjoy our tasty bistro food in our conservatory overlooking the green village square. In our bistro we welcome both hotel guests and non-residents – whether for a light lunch or a snack in the afernoon in an informal setting.

Meals from the – regularly changing – bistro menu are served daily between 12 am and 6 pm.

Our friendly courtyard beckons in fine weather. The open fireplace at its centre is where people gather to enjoy an apéritif or a friendly get-together.

It is where hotel guests and non-residents can savour a refreshing drink, an ice or something tasty from our ice cream and bistro menus.

We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are unfortunately not permitted inside the main building/restaurant. However, in good weather your four-legged companions are most welcome on our terrace. For overnight stays, dogs are warmly accommodated in our annexes “Landleben” and "Bergerhof” (100 meters from the hotel).

A week full of teamwork, creativity and commitment has come to an end: our Apprentice Week 2026 was a great success!

From 13 to 19 July, our apprentices took the lead and showed what they can do. From creating their own menu and selecting the matching wines to working in the kitchen and providing service, our young talents took on plenty of responsibility.

And the results speak for themselves: 778 menus were served during Apprentice Week. For every menu, we donated €5 to CliniClowns East Belgium. The €3,890 raised was rounded up to €4,000.

The donation will support the training and further education of the CliniClowns, as well as new equipment and small gifts for patients.

We were especially pleased by the many positive comments from our guests – a wonderful recognition of the dedication, creativity and hard work of our apprentices.

A big thank you to everyone who supported our apprentices and their special project, and of course to our entire team for supporting them throughout the week.
