From 22 to 28 July, our 10 trainees from the kitchen and service departments will take control and put their own concept into practice. From idea to realisation, the responsibility lies in their hands, while colleagues from both departments provide support. In this way, the apprentices gain valuable experience, expand their skills and strengthen their self-confidence.
The 3-course menu on offer costs €55/person, of which €5 will be donated to the East Belgian Cancer Aid!
During this week, only this menu will be offered for lunch and dinner. However, our brasserie will remain open as usual from 12 noon to 6 pm.
