Accessible hotel
People with a disability are also entitled to a holiday. We have adapted one of our rooms to meet the needs of physically disabled people. A lift will take you to your room on the various floors of the main building. Our restaurant, bar and the terrace can all be reached via smooth/level paths. You can also reach our swimming pool via a short, outdoor path.
Bicycles and bicycle garage
We rent e-bikes and mountain bikes. You will find the prices under Activities. You can leave your own bicycles in our bicycle garage for free.
Cancellation conditions for a reservation for up to 3 rooms:
- Please note that you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival.
- In case of later cancellation, no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the first night.
Cancellation conditions for a reservation of 3 rooms or more:
- You can cancel your entire reservation free of charge up to 1 month before your arrival.
- If you cancel up to 14 days before your arrival, we will charge you 50% of the total amount if we cannot resell the cancelled rooms.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, we will charge you 100% of the total amount if we are unable to resell the cancelled rooms.
Cancellation conditions for a reservation of the Christmas or New Year's Eve package:
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival.
- If you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival, we will charge you 50% of the total amount.
- If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival, we will charge you 100% of the total amount.
In the case of a postponement outside the free cancellation period, the cancellation conditions listed above also apply.
We strongly advise you to consider taking a travel insurance policy.
Check-in & out
We guarantee check-in from 2 pm onwards. If you arrive earlier and your room is already made up, you will of course be able to have the key to your room straightaway. We would ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure. Should you wish to delay the end of your holiday with us, you have the possibility to enjoy our spa and gym on your day of departure.
Children
Children are very welcome to stay with us. We charge a set price, depending on the age of the children, for the extra bed including half board. Children are welcome to eat the half-board menu or various dishes from our children's menu. Half board is free of charge for children under 3 years of age. Upon request, we are also happy to provide cots.
Children’s bathrobes
A bathrobe is already available in our rooms for every adult guest. We will be glad to provide smaller guests with a bathrobe in their room on request.
Dogs:
Your four-legged friends are welcome to stay with you in our “Landleben” rooms in the Old Parsonage just 100 metres from the main hotel. We regret that dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the main hotel itself, but your pet may of course accompany you on our terrace when the weather is fine. We charge € 15.00 /night for dogs.
Lift:
A lift will take you to your room on the various floors of the main hotel. Our rooms "Landleben" in the Old Parsonage can only be reached by stairs (first and second floor).
Parking:
Free parking is available directly in front of and behind the hotel for the duration of your stay.
Our hotel has 4 electric charging stations.
Rooms
In the main house there are 34 modern and tastefully furnished rooms. In the annex, in the Old Parsonage, which is about 100m from the main house, there are 5 rooms of the category "Landleben" (1 room on the ground floor and 2 rooms each on the 1st and 2nd floor). A wellness bag with bath towels and robes is provided for you in each room. For the sake of the environment, we ask you to bring your own slippers. However, should you forget them, we will of course provide you with disposable slippers free of charge.
Spa and gym opening times
Swimming pool and gym: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm
Textile free wellness area and family sauna (textile zone): 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
Surroundings
Our hotel is located directly in the centre of Bütgenbach, at the market place. Various shops (groceries, pharmacy, clothes, shoe shop, flowers, magazines) are in the immediate vicinity. Directly opposite the hotel is a children's playground, mini-golf course and the tourist office.
Our hotel is situated in the unspoilt pristine surroundings of Ostbelgien. The area is just waiting to be discovered – on foot or by bike. Incidentally, numerous cycle routes and walking trails pass close by the hotel. And Lake Bütgenbach is the right place if you wishing to sample different types of water sports.

Temperature of our swimming pool
The temperature of our swimming pool is around 29°C. You can enjoy our pool every day from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
